IM&M+: In Motion & Momentum+
Building confidence, life skills, and employment readiness.
IM&M+ is a cohort-based pre-employment program that helps participants strengthen employability skills, overcome barriers, and develop a personalized action plan before moving into workforce development opportunities.
BINS: Brooks Investing in New Skills
Trauma-informed workforce development that leads to employment.
BINS supports participants through individualized coaching, paid work experiences, skill development, and employer connections to help them achieve sustainable, long-term employment.
YECP: Youth Employment Connector Program
Personalized employment support for youth transitioning into the workforce.
YECP helps eligible young adults explore career options, build employment readiness skills, connect with employers, and access individualized supports that lead to meaningful employment, education, or training.
